In La Línea de la Concepción, Spain, a family is seeking witnesses following a hit-and-run accident involving a scooter rider. The incident occurred near the intersection of Gibraltar and Focona streets. According to the family, a vehicle allegedly crossed a continuous line and entered a prohibited street without signaling, causing the young rider to brake abruptly and fall. The victim sustained fractures to his hand and elbow, along with multiple contusions. The driver reportedly fled the scene without providing assistance.

In Mar del Plata, Argentina, Thiago Vera, a 19-year-old survivor of a bus accident at a skatepark, has shown significant progress in his recovery. Two months after a bus veered off course and struck several people waiting for public transport, Vera is undergoing rehabilitation at the Hospital Interzonal General de Agudos (Higa).
