Acciona awarded 45 million euro contract for Breogán Park completion

Pelayo Capital, the real estate investment firm promoting Breogán Park, has awarded the construction company Acciona a contract worth approximately 45 million euros to complete the remaining works of the mixed-use commercial park. The fixed-price contract is part of the final phase in transforming the former Dolce Vita shopping center located in the A Grela business area of A Coruña.

Following the completion of demolition works, recent efforts have focused on basement facilities and the technical certification of the existing structure, which will be integrated into the new complex. Once these preparations are finalized, Acciona will begin the construction phase to develop the 72,000 square meters of gross leasable area.

Breogán Park is designed as a mixed-use hub featuring a hypermarket, retail spaces, leisure, health and wellness, hotels, coworking, and logistics. Confirmed operators include Alcampo, Cines Yelmo, Metropolitan, Sould Park, Homebox, Spaces, B&B Hotels, and Sercotel. The hotel component will provide 250 rooms, split between B&B Hotels (143 rooms) and a four-star Sercotel (107 rooms).
