Accor and JetPark expand hospitality presence in New Zealand
Accor is implementing a multi-brand expansion strategy across New Zealand to address evolving traveler demands. As the country’s largest hospitality group, Accor operates over 50 hotels and 6,800 rooms, utilizing 17 international brands. Recent additions to the Auckland market include the TRIBE Auckland Fort Street and JO&JOE Auckland, which introduce design-led and social-concept hospitality to the region. The group's growth focuses on both major city hubs and regional destinations such as Queenstown, Lake Tekapo, and Rotorua.
Simultaneously, the New Zealand-owned JetPark hotel group is investing in facility upgrades across its Auckland, Hamilton, and Rotorua properties. Improvements include the installation of a solar energy system and expanded parking at JetPark Auckland Airport, new furniture at JetPark Hamilton Airport, and the addition of a swimming pool and outdoor area in Rotorua. The group currently operates 347 guest rooms and 17 conference rooms across its three locations, all of which hold Qualmark Gold Plus accreditation.
