Accor appoints Vipin Khattar as Chief Commercial Officer for South Asia

Accor has appointed Vipin Khattar as the Chief Commercial Officer for South Asia. In this capacity, Khattar will lead the hospitality group’s commercial strategy, overseeing sales, revenue management, marketing, digital distribution, loyalty, and partnerships throughout the region.

Khattar joins Accor from The Ritz-Carlton, Jeddah, where he served as General Manager. His professional background includes extensive international experience across India, the Middle East, Africa, and the United Kingdom. He has previously held senior leadership positions with Marriott International, including roles at JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity and in Dubai, as well as leadership assignments with Hyatt in the UAE and Egypt.

Ranju Alex, CEO of Accor South Asia, stated that Khattar’s experience in commercial strategy and hotel operations will support the company’s efforts to strengthen brands and identify new market opportunities.
