AC/DC reschedules MetLife Stadium concert to October 2
AC/DC has rescheduled its concert at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, to October 2 following the postponement of the original September 25 performance. The decision was made by public safety authorities and weather experts due to severe wind warnings and an approaching nor'easter storm affecting the New York and New Jersey areas.
The rescheduled show, which features support from The Pretty Reckless, will serve as the final performance of the band’s 2026 North American PWR/UP Tour. All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new date.
The storm has caused widespread disruptions to other major events across the East Coast, including the cancellation of the Ocean’s Calling festival in Maryland, the CBGB festival, and the Global Citizen festival in New York City’s Central Park. Additionally, Ed Sheeran’s scheduled concerts in Massachusetts were also canceled due to the weather.
