Acer launches A543 14-inch Windows 2-in-1 tablet

Acer has launched the A543, a 14-inch Windows-based 2-in-1 tablet designed to function as a compact laptop via an optional detachable keyboard and touchpad. The device features a 1920 x 1200 pixel touchscreen with a 16:10 aspect ratio and a 60 Hz refresh rate, occupying 84% of the front panel.

Despite its modern display, the tablet is powered by an Intel Celeron J4105 quad-core processor, a chip originally released in late 2017. The hardware supports three memory configurations: 8 GB, 12 GB, or 16 GB of LPDDR4X RAM, paired with storage options ranging from 256 GB to 1 TB.

The A543 includes a 6000 mAh battery, providing up to 7 hours of video playback or 5 hours of office work. Connectivity options include USB-A, two USB-C ports (one with video output), Micro HDMI, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.0. The device is currently available in China in three configurations, with prices ranging from approximately $370 to $570 USD.
