Acer unveils Nitro V 16 AI laptop with AMD Ryzen 7 260 and RTX 5070

Acer announced its new Nitro V 16 AI laptop, a 16‑inch device aimed at both gamers and content creators. The machine features a matte black chassis with thin bezels, a 180 Hz WQXGA (2560 × 1600) IPS display, 3 ms response time, 100 % sRGB color accuracy and a 16:10 aspect ratio for a wide working area. It is powered by an 8‑core AMD Ryzen 7 260 processor that delivers up to 5.1 GHz and 16 TOPS of AI acceleration, paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 GPU supporting DLSS 4 and AI‑based frame generation. Memory and storage consist of 32 GB DDR5 RAM and a 1 TB NVMe SSD. The laptop weighs about 2.4 kg and is 2.45 cm thick, balancing portability with high performance. Acer positions the Nitro V 16 AI as a versatile notebook that can handle demanding games, video‑conferencing enhancements, image processing and other AI‑driven productivity tasks.
