Acer unveils new laptops and gaming handhelds at IFA 2026

At the IFA 2026 trade show in Berlin, Acer announced a wide range of new hardware, including several laptops and handheld gaming devices.

Key laptop releases include the Swift Blade 14, an ultralight 14-inch model weighing just 799 grams, and the Swift Air 16, which features a 16-inch display and up to an Intel Core 7 350 processor. The company also introduced the Vero 16, a sustainability-focused laptop designed with a ‘4R’ approach to prioritize repairability, allowing users to easily replace components like the battery and SSD. Additionally, the Aspire G 3D 16 was unveiled, featuring a specialized SpatialLabs technology that enables 3D visuals without the need for glasses.

In the gaming sector, Acer expanded its Predator handheld lineup with the Predator Atlas 7, a compact 7-inch device powered by Intel Arc graphics. The company also showcased Project DualPlay Mini, a conceptual hybrid device designed to transition between a handheld gaming console and a small productivity laptop.
