Acer unveils Veriton RI110 AI mini workstation

Acer has introduced the Veriton RI110, a compact AI mini workstation designed to support local AI computing for professionals. The device is engineered to handle AI models with up to 120 billion parameters, facilitating workflows such as AI-assisted content creation, design, inference, and software development.

Hardware specifications include an Intel Core Ultra X7 358H processor paired with Intel Arc B390 graphics. To support intensive multitasking and large datasets, the system can be configured with up to 96 GB of LPDDR5X memory and up to 4 TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage. The workstation also features OCuLink connectivity, providing up to 64 Gbps bandwidth for expanding desktop-class GPU and storage capabilities.

Running on Windows 11 Pro, the Veriton RI110 is classified as a Copilot+ PC, utilizing integrated AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline repetitive tasks. The workstation aims to provide organizations with a balance between local hardware resources and cloud-based solutions, prioritizing performance and security in a small form factor.
