Fiorentina management faces harsh criticism over strategic failures
Journalist Alfredo Pedullà has issued a harsh critique of the current management at ACF Fiorentina, specifically targeting director Fabio Paratici and Alessandro Ferrari. Pedullà argues that the club has lost the strategic direction and decisiveness previously provided by Rocco Commisso and the late Joe Barone.
Regarding transfer market operations, Pedullà highlighted the club’s perceived lack of leverage in the deal for Kean, suggesting that Como dictated terms as if Fiorentina were a satellite club. He further criticized Alessandro Ferrari, stating that the former communications professional is not up to the task of serving as Director General.
Pedullà also addressed the management of coaching decisions, specifically the situation involving Fabio Grosso and Vanoli, describing the club's recent administrative choices as incomprehensible. He concluded by comparing Paratici’s current performance to his time working alongside Marotta, suggesting that Paratici’s solo management is significantly less effective.
