Acıgöl and Meke Lake captured in single aerial photograph

Acıgöl and Meke Lake, located in the Karapınar district of Konya, have been captured in a single aerial photograph taken via drone. The images, shot from Karacadağ, showcase the proximity of the two lakes amidst the surrounding steppe landscape.

The drone footage highlights the deep blue waters of Acıgöl alongside the unique geological formation of Meke Lake. Photographer Yaşar Yeğen noted that the Karapınar region offers significant potential for photography due to its natural beauty, historical sites, and diverse landscapes.
