Achille Russo ITI Featured at Giffoni Film Festival in IMPACT Initiative

The ITI "Achille Russo" school from Nicotera took part in the IMPACT project, a network of ITS (Advanced Technical Institutes) serving enterprises, which was presented at the 56th Giffoni Film Festival. The initiative, financed by Italy’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (Mission 4 – Education and Research), aims to promote high‑technology training and strengthen links between schools, universities, businesses and local territories.

The project is coordinated by the MASK ITS Academy, a Calabrian foundation, with strategic communication support from the Gruppo Stratego. The school’s presence was highlighted in the documentary “Calabria in Sviluppo – Il Roadshow”, featuring student Cosma Di Capua and professor Anna Maria Tedesco. Di Capua also co‑hosted a podcast with Luca Abete, a testimonial who stressed the need for specialised technical skills for the labour market.
