Achilleion Palace restoration tender launched in Corfu

The Public Real Estate Company (ETAD), a subsidiary of the Hellenic Development Fund, has launched an open electronic tender for the restoration and enhancement of the Achilleion Palace in Corfu. The project, classified as a Strategic Importance Project, is estimated to cost 11.52 million euros plus VAT and is funded by ETAD's own resources.

The scope of work includes the complete restoration of the Palace and the Gatehouse to enable modern museum operations. This involves architectural, structural, and electromechanical works, as well as upgrading the surrounding courtyard and infrastructure. The project also covers the installation of necessary lighting and the procurement of museum fixtures. The total execution period is set for 28 months following the signing of the contract.
