Achilles acquires Australian contractor‑software firm Cm3

Achilles, a global provider of supply‑chain risk management solutions, has signed an agreement to acquire Cm3, an Australian contractor‑management software company that is part of the Blackwoods Group within Wesfarmers' Bunnings division. The deal will integrate Cm3's contractor compliance, workforce safety and operational‑risk capabilities with Achilles' supplier‑assurance and supply‑chain intelligence platforms, expanding Achilles' presence in Australia and the broader Asia‑Pacific region.

The acquisition, pending regulatory approval, is expected to close in the coming months and is the latest step in Achilles' international growth strategy, which has already included purchases in Spain, the United States and Argentina. The combined offering aims to give organisations continuous visibility of risks across suppliers, contractors and third parties worldwide.
