Achilles completes acquisition of Australian Cm3

Achilles, a global supplier and supply chain risk management firm, has completed its acquisition of Cm3, an Australian provider of contractor management and compliance software. The deal was finalized following regulatory approval from Australia’s Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB).

Cm3 was acquired from the Blackwoods Group, which is part of the Wesfarmers Bunnings division. For 18 years, Cm3 has provided services in Australia and New Zealand focused on contractor compliance, workplace health and safety, and operational risk management.

The merger aims to strengthen Achilles’ presence in the Asia-Pacific region and integrate Cm3’s platform with Achilles’ global capabilities. The combined entity intends to utilize Smart Achilles AI to enhance data insights and simplify risk management processes. Cm3 will continue to operate with its existing teams and services to ensure continuity for its customers.
