Achraf Hakimi draws attention with new look and PSG transfer news

Paris Saint-Germain defender Achraf Hakimi gained social media attention following PSG’s 2-0 victory against Lyon in Ligue 1. The Moroccan international debuted a new hairstyle featuring braids, which he jokingly referenced on social media to express his continued commitment to the club.

Amid Hakimi's consistent high-intensity performances, reports suggest PSG is considering adding depth to the right-back position. The club is reportedly eyeing Chelsea defender Malo Gusto as a potential successor or high-profile backup for the summer of 2027. Chelsea is reportedly seeking €80 million for the player, a figure significantly higher than his previous €40 million valuation. If successful, such a move could surpass Hakimi’s own transfer record of €68 million when he moved from Inter Milan to PSG in 2021.
