ACIS and IDOPPRIL host international occupational risk congress

The Association of Merchants and Industrials (ACIS), in collaboration with the Dominican Institute for the Prevention and Protection of Occupational Risks (IDOPPRIL), held the XI International Congress on Occupational Risk Prevention and Management in Santiago.

The event brought together government officials, business representatives, and specialists to discuss new trends in workplace safety, health, and well-being. Dr. Agustín Burgos, executive director of IDOPPRIL, emphasized the importance of prevention in reducing workplace accidents and professional diseases. Labor Minister Eddy Olivares also participated, stating that occupational risk prevention must become a permanent culture of life protection.
