Aclaris Therapeutics outlines expanded asthma and skin disease trials for 2026

Aclaris Therapeutics (Nasdaq: ACRS) announced a series of mid‑ and late‑stage clinical milestones slated for 2026 as it advances its immunology pipeline. The company expects topline data in the second half of 2026 from two Phase 1b proof‑of‑concept studies of ATI‑052, a bispecific antibody being tested in asthma and atopic dermatitis patients, and plans to start a Phase 2b asthma program for the same molecule in Q4 after positive Phase 1a results showing extended dosing intervals of up to three months.

Aclaris also completed enrollment in a Phase 2 trial of bosakitug, an anti‑TSLP monoclonal antibody for atopic dermatitis, with results due in the fourth quarter.
