ACM Neto leads large motorcade in Salvador's Subúrbio
ACM Neto, the candidate for governor representing União Brasil, led a large motorcade through the Subúrbio Ferroviário region of Salvador this Sunday. The event drew thousands of supporters to the streets of the capital of Bahia.
Neto was accompanied by Salvador Mayor Bruno Reis, Vice-Mayor Ana Paula Matos, and Senate candidates Angelo Coronel (Republicanos) and João Roma (PL). During the procession, Neto interacted with residents, who expressed support for his candidacy and cited infrastructure and urban improvements made during his previous eight years as mayor of Salvador.
Neto stated that the reception in the Subúrbio reflects a desire for change in the state of Bahia, noting the connection built through past public service investments in the region.
