Acmer Dongtan residential complex begins subscription process

The Acmer Dongtan residential complex, a project implemented by KB Real Estate Trust and constructed by POSCO E&C, has commenced its subscription schedule. The process began with special supplies on the 26th, followed by first-priority applications on the 27th and second-priority applications on the 28th.

Located in Bansong-dong, Dongtan, Hwaseong, the development consists of 1,808 units across seven buildings, reaching up to 49 stories high. The project is divided into two blocks: Acmer Dongtan 95 (812 units) and Acmer Dongtan 99 (996 units). Key features include 2.5m ceiling heights, individual underground storage, and premium interior finishes from Italian and German brands.

The complex is situated approximately a 10-minute walk from the Samsung Electronics Hwaseong Campus. Future transportation improvements include the planned construction of Bansong Station on the Dongtan-Indukwon Line, with efforts underway to connect the complex to the station via an underground passage. Winners for the 95 and 99 blocks are scheduled to be announced on the 3rd and 4th of next month, respectively.
