ACMobility expands electric vehicle charging network in Bohol

ACMobility has launched its first electric vehicle (EV) charging hub in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. Located at the new Kia dealership, the hub features two 7kW AC chargers accessible to the public via the Evro app. The facility is open to all EV owners, regardless of vehicle brand, and is intended to support the growth of electric mobility on the island.

Carla Buencamino, head of mobility infrastructure at ACMobility, stated that Bohol serves as an important connector within the Philippine EV Spine. The company currently operates the largest charging network in the Philippines, with over 240 locations and more than 600 charging points.

In a separate development, ACMobility received the E-Mobility Infrastructure Excellence Award at the Philippine Energy Awards. The recognition highlights the company’s role in building national infrastructure, noting that as of June 2026, ACMobility accounted for more than 40 percent of the country’s EV charging infrastructure according to Department of Energy data.
