acontra+ adds ‘El mal ajeno’ and new genre titles to its catalog

The streaming platform acontra+ has updated its catalog with several new titles, headlined by the thriller ‘El mal ajeno’. Directed by Óskar Santos and written by Daniel Sánchez Arévalo, the film features Eduardo Noriega, Belén Rueda, and Angie Cepeda, with production by Alejandro Amenábar.

The story follows Diego, a palliative care physician who faces a life-altering event that forces him to confront difficult moral dilemmas and supernatural elements.

Other recent additions to the platform include the science fiction thriller ‘Freaks’ and the fantasy film ‘Vivarium’, the latter being highlighted in connection with the Sitges Film Festival.
