The company addressed citizen complaints and formal reports regarding the ongoing water shortages, which have persisted for several weeks.

Acoset attributed the current critical situation primarily to numerous plant shutdowns and unforeseen technical or infrastructural issues. The company stated that it is utilizing all available resources to mitigate the impact on residents and is working to restore normal service.
