Acoustune and FiiO release new earphone models
Japanese audio brand Acoustune has launched the XHS1400, a modular in-ear wired earphone. The device features a detachable design that allows the acoustic chamber module to be separated from the connection module. By using compatible modules, such as the M:01 wireless module from the HSX1001 series, users can convert the wired earphones into a true wireless format. The XHS1400 utilizes a dedicated dynamic driver with a Myrinx polymer diaphragm and a lithium-magnesium alloy dome. It is priced at approximately 58,300 yen in the Japanese market.
Separately, FiiO has released the JD1 GAMING in-ear gaming earphones. These earphones feature a 10mm LCP liquid crystal polymer diaphragm and an integrated DSP audio decoding chip supporting 384kHz/24bit high-definition audio. The model includes a detachable flexible microphone, three EQ modes, and a replaceable cable design via a 0.78mm 2pin interface. The product is available on JD.com with a retail price of 109 yuan.
