Acquasparta bar license suspended for ten days

The Police Commissioner of Terni, Michele Abenante, has ordered a ten-day suspension of a business license for a public establishment in Acquasparta. The decision follows an investigation by the administrative and security police division, prompted by reports from the local Carabinieri station.

The suspension is a preventive measure intended to protect public order and citizen safety. The investigation highlighted several incidents, including a March intervention involving a disruptive individual under the influence of alcohol and a July altercation between two customers with prior police records. That fight escalated into an assault requiring hospital transport for one individual and was witnessed by a minor. Authorities noted that law enforcement was not called during the July incident.

Additionally, a May inspection revealed violations regarding workplace health and safety, which had previously resulted in immediate administrative sanctions and activity suspension.
