Acre and Mato Grosso governments reshuffle staff and raise hazard pay for public servants

Governor Mailza Assis Cameli of Acre issued a series of decrees that re‑appointed, transferred and exonerated dozens of state employees across secretariats including Government, Industry, Science and Technology, Health, Civil Defense, Environment and others. The changes affect positions such as CAS‑1 to CAS‑8 roles in the Secretariat of Women, the Secretariat of Industry, the Secretariat of Government and the Secretariat of Health, among others.

In Mato Grosso, Governor Otaviano Pivetta signed decrees that increase the insalubrity allowance for state workers by up to 35.39%, raising the minimum from R$100 to R$135.39 and the maximum from R$370 to R$500.94. The measures also raise travel daily allowances for employees on assignment, with rates climbing from R$581 to R$648 nationwide and up to R$790 for destinations such as São Paulo and Brasília. The adjustments are intended to compensate for inflation and cost about R$30 million annually.

Both states are using executive orders to adjust personnel structures and compensation packages for their public‑service workforce.
