Acre Court opens applications for National Conciliation Week
The Court of Justice of Acre (TJAC) has opened applications for the XXI National Conciliation Week, scheduled to take place from November 3 to 6. This initiative is promoted by the National Council of Justice (CNJ) in partnership with courts across Brazil.
The program aims to resolve disputes through consensual solutions. Eligible cases include divorce, child custody, alimony, paternity recognition, neighborhood conflicts, traffic accidents, debt collection, school fees, health plans, and consumer relations.
Interested residents can apply by visiting their local forum or through the TJAC portal. Online applicants must select their municipality and contact the corresponding judicial unit via email. Submitting a request does not guarantee an automatic session; demands will be analyzed, and selected parties will be notified of the date, time, and location.
