Acre hosts 20th LGBTQIAPN+ Pride Parade in Rio Branco

The 20th edition of the LGBTQIAPN+ Pride Parade took place this Sunday in Rio Branco, marking the conclusion of the Acrean Diversity Week. Marcelo Messias, the State Secretary of Tourism and Entrepreneurship, represented the Acre government at the event.

Messias described the parade as one of the state's most significant movements, noting its cultural, social, and economic impacts. He highlighted that the event attracts visitors from various municipalities across Acre and from other states, contributing to the local economy of the capital. The program also featured the first Diversity Fair, held near the Rio Branco Palace.
