Inova Amazônia Summit 2026 focuses on bioeconomy in Acre

The Inova Amazônia Summit 2026 is currently taking place at the Federal University of Acre (Ufac) in Rio Branco. Organized by Sebrae, the event serves as a major platform for innovation, bioeconomy, and sustainability within the Legal Amazon region.

The summit brings together entrepreneurs, researchers, public managers, and traditional communities to discuss market perspectives and the consolidation of sustainable businesses. This year's edition features 141 speakers and includes 90 startups and 20 companies linked to Geographical Indications. The program is divided into several tracks, including Bioeconomy and Business, Sustainability, and Amazonian Youth.

One specific panel, ‘Female Entrepreneurship: Women Moving the Amazon’, highlighted the role of women in leading sustainable businesses and overcoming structural barriers in the region. The event aims to showcase the Amazon's capacity for production and biodiversity-driven economic growth to both national and international investors.
