Acre sends four athletes to Brazilian Kung Fu Wushu Championship
Four athletes from the state of Acre will represent the region at the 36th Brazilian Kung Fu Wushu Championship, held in Maceió, Alagoas. The delegation will compete in two main disciplines: Sanda (Chinese boxing) and Taolu (technical forms).
In the Sanda category, the team includes Enoque Kennedy, a three-time Brazilian champion and current national ranking leader, and Jeneffer Santos, who will compete in the youth category. In the Taolu category, the state will be represented by Rayllan Sampaio, competing in Shaolinquan, and Hadassa Vitória, competing in Nanquan.
Adgeferson Diniz, president of the Acrean Kung Fu Wushu Federation, noted that the team is well-prepared to seek results for the state. The athletes have undergone physical and technical training under instructors Francisco Macario and Deyvid.
