Actabl and Acumen have extended their 13‑year partnership to deliver a unified financial management platform for hotel operators. The collaboration links Acumen’s hospitality‑specific solution, built on Sage Intacct and Acumatica, with Actabl’s operational intelligence tools such as ProfitSword and Transcendent. The integrated system provides a single source of truth for property‑level data and corporate reporting, automating income journal entries overnight and routing capital‑expenditure information directly into the accounting core. CEO John Zwick said the goal is to simplify hotel finance, improve decision‑making speed, and give operators clearer visibility across their portfolios.

The solution includes a pre‑configured USALI chart of accounts and reporting packs, allowing hotels to activate the platform without extensive customization. By eliminating manual reconciliations, the partnership aims to reduce labor costs and support growth‑oriented hoteliers.
