Action opens first store in Jaén province

The discount retailer Action has opened its first store in the province of Jaén, Spain. Located in the Jaén Plaza shopping center, the new 811-square-meter establishment features approximately 6,000 products across 14 categories, including home goods, DIY, gardening, toys, and food.

This expansion brings Action’s total number of stores in Spain to 123 and its presence in Andalusia to 24. The company’s aggressive pricing strategy and diverse product range are positioned to compete for consumer traffic in sectors traditionally dominated by larger chains like Lidl.
