Giannis Stasinopoulos, the President and CEO of Active Computer Systems, has acquired 100% of the company's shares, becoming the sole shareholder. Stasinopoulos previously held a 50% stake in the firm.

2. Capital Strengthening: Bolstering the capital base to fund the business plan and support new investments.

3. Long-term Value Creation: Focusing on sustainable growth for employees, customers, and partners through a clear ownership structure.
