Actor Kathir discusses new film ‘Manjanathi’ with director Mari Selvaraj

Actor Kathir has shared his reflections on his upcoming film, ‘Manjanathi’, directed by Mari Selvaraj. In a social media post, Kathir expressed that the film’s narration provided him with a unique perspective on the diverse nature of love, stating that ‘love doesn’t look or feel the same to everyone.’

Kathir, who previously collaborated with Selvaraj on ‘Pariyaerum Perumal’, noted that the final script left him silent and prompted deep questions about human identity and character relatability. He described feeling both nervous and excited to bring the protagonist's world to the screen.

The production features music by Ilaiyaraaja and includes a cast featuring Priyanka Mohan, Kayadu Lohar, Poornima Ravi, Vidhu, Kaaka Muttai Vignesh, and Rahul.
