Actor Marcelo Serrado avoids fatal crash on Brazil's Via Dutra

Actor Marcelo Serrado reported narrowly escaping a serious car collision on the Via Dutra highway that links São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. While driving alone at the speed limit, he braked sharply to avoid a stopped truck and steered onto the shoulder, later saying he felt a force or intuition guiding his actions.

Actor Pedro Sousa disclosed that he contracted an infection after training Muay Thai at a gym in Thailand. He said the hot, sweaty environment contributed to the illness and that he was fortunate to receive assistance from several medical friends.
