Actors Byeon Woo Seok and Shin Se-kyung purchase luxury Seoul properties

South Korean actors Byeon Woo Seok and Shin Se-kyung have reportedly purchased high-end luxury properties in Seoul.

Byeon Woo Seok, who gained significant popularity following the drama ‘Lovely Runner’, purchased a 235-square-meter unit in the Hannam The Hill complex in Yongsan-gu for 13 billion won. Reports indicate the transaction was completed in cash without any mortgage or collateral. Hannam The Hill is a well-known luxury residential area housing various celebrities and business leaders.

Simultaneously, actress Shin Se-kyung has reportedly acquired a unit in Lavre 27, a high-end residential facility being developed in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu. The project, constructed by Hyundai Engineering & Construction, features exclusive units with prices ranging from approximately 14 billion won to over 40 billion won for penthouse types. While the specific unit and exact purchase price for Shin have not been confirmed, the acquisition aligns with the trend of high-profile entertainers investing in premium real estate.
