Actors Kha Ly and Thanh Duy share journey through health challenges and marriage

Vietnamese actors Kha Ly and Thanh Duy have shared their journey of a ten-year marriage and the personal challenges they faced regarding family planning. The couple, who met while performing in a play, transitioned from colleagues to a married couple in 2016.

Kha Ly revealed that her health struggles, specifically a thyroid condition, significantly impacted her ability to conceive, leading to an eight-year wait to receive good news regarding pregnancy. After stabilizing her health in early 2023, she had previously considered IVF as a potential option.
