Actress Angelina Jolie sells Los Angeles mansion for $29.9 million, signals move abroad

Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie has listed her Los Feliz estate for sale at a price of about $29.85 million (approximately 470 billion rupiah). The Beaux‑Arts property, originally built in 1913 and once owned by director Cecil B. DeMille, sits on more than two acres and spans roughly 11,000 sq ft, featuring six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a guest house, pool house, gym, tea house and a separate garage with security post. Jolie purchased the home in 2017 for around $26 million. In recent interviews she said she intends to leave Los Angeles after her twins turn 18 in 2026, expressing a desire to spend more time abroad, particularly in Cambodia where she has family ties. The sale marks a concrete step toward that relocation plan.
