Actress Baek Jin Hee announces marriage to Canadian non-celebrity

South Korean actress Baek Jin Hee has announced her marriage to a non-celebrity fiancé residing in Canada. Her agency, Management AM9, confirmed that the wedding is scheduled to take place in Seoul on January 23, 2027.

The couple met last year while Baek was in Canada for language studies. After maintaining a long-distance relationship, they decided to marry. To protect the privacy of her fiancé, the wedding will be a private ceremony attended only by close family and friends.

Baek Jin Hee, known for her roles in dramas such as ‘Empress Ki’ and ‘My Daughter, Geum Sa-wol’, intends to continue her acting career following the marriage. She plans to travel between Seoul and Canada to balance her professional life and marital responsibilities.
