Actress Ceren Morayu Exits Turkish Drama “Daleki grad” Ahead of New Season

Turkish actress Ceren Morayu, known for playing Merjem – the former love of Džihan (Ozak Akbaba) – will leave the popular series “Daleki grad,” which is broadcast in Croatia. The departure was confirmed by the production team, ending her short‑term storyline that was expected to add drama to the show’s second season.

Morayu is set to join the upcoming project “Dugunumuz Var” (Imamo vjenčanje) produced by Poll Films for Star TV. The new series brings together several leading Turkish television stars, shifting her focus away from “Daleki grad.”
