Actress Faria Abdullah responds to trolling over Bonalu participation

Telugu actress Faria Abdullah released an emotional video on social media responding to online backlash following her participation in the Bonalu celebrations in Hyderabad. The actress, who was seen carrying a traditional Bonam and joining processions at the Sri Simhavahini Mahankali Temple, faced criticism and was labeled a ‘kafir’ by some users for her involvement in the festivities.

In her response, Abdullah addressed her religious upbringing, noting that her father converted to Islam because he loved the religion. She expressed her belief in seeing spirituality and life in nature, including trees and butterflies, and emphasized her commitment to values of love, unity, and peace. Despite the trolling, she stated she wishes well for those criticizing her.
