Ha Young faces controversy over great-grandfather’s pro-Japanese history

South Korean actress Ha Young is facing intense public scrutiny following revelations regarding her great-grandfather, Ahn Sang-ho, and his activities during the Japanese colonial period. The controversy began after Ha Young mentioned her family’s four-generation medical lineage on a variety show.
