Actress Kim Hye Ja to return to cinema in ‘Still Radiant’

South Korean actress Kim Hye Ja is set to return to the big screen in the upcoming feature film ‘Still Radiant’, marking her first cinematic appearance in nine years since the 2017 release ‘The Way’. The film, distributed by Plus M Entertainment, is scheduled for a nationwide theatrical release this October.

‘Still Radiant’ follows the story of Soon Ok, a woman who reunites with her lifelong best friend, Jung Im, after sixty years apart. Kim Hye Ja stars as the elder Soon Ok, while veteran actress Cha Mi Kyung portrays Jung Im. The production also features Park Seo Kyung and Choi Ju Eun, who will portray the characters during their youth. The narrative explores themes of memory, human connection, and the enduring strength of lifelong companionship.
