Czech actress Lucie Polišenská, known for series such as Polabí and Slunečná, has undergone a significant physical transformation, losing 24 kilograms in approximately four months. She achieved this through dietary changes and regular fitness training rather than weight-loss injections.

Polišenská has documented her progress on social media, noting that while her physical appearance has changed, her self-perception remains largely the same. The transformation led to her participating in a fashion campaign for hairdresser Honza Kořínka titled ‘Opravdová’ (Real).

Regarding her private life, the actress maintains strict boundaries. She lives on a farm in the countryside with her husband, though she keeps details about him private at his request.
