Actress Son Tae-young revealed details about her life in New Jersey, USA, where she has managed household duties and childcare for her two children for the past six years without domestic help.

In a video posted to her YouTube channel, ‘Mrs. New Jersey Son Tae-young’, she explained her parenting principle of resting on weekends to maintain the energy required for the work week. While she prepares meals from Monday to Friday, she utilizes food delivery on Saturdays and Sundays to allow herself and her children to relax.

Son noted that she has personally handled cleaning, laundry, cooking, and driving her children to their various schedules. She also shared a memory of a period approximately two years ago when her husband, actor Kwon Sang-woo, assisted with cooking and cleaning during a visit to Korea, describing it as one of her happiest times.
