According to interviews with the newspaper Bild, the decision was driven by significant fan interest on Instagram, where followers frequently requested specific content involving her feet. Ruland stated that she views the move as a business decision to secure additional income, noting, “I am a businesswoman! I have children and have to pay rent.”

The content will focus on her feet, which she often decorates with tattoos, toe rings, anklets, and nail polish. Ruland clarified that the account is intended for those with a specific interest in feet and dismissed potential criticism regarding the nature of the content.
