Acumen Holding launches Iktinas investment fund in Egypt
Acumen Holding has announced the launch of ‘Iktinas’, its first investment fund targeting both stocks and fixed-income instruments. The fund is designed to allow small-scale investors to participate in the Egyptian stock market with a minimum subscription of only 10 Egyptian pounds.
The fund employs a flexible strategy, allowing management to shift asset allocation based on market conditions. It can allocate up to 90% of investments to Egyptian Exchange-listed stocks when opportunities arise, or pivot up to 90% toward fixed-income tools, such as treasury bills, during periods of high risk.
Subscription is scheduled to begin on October 6, 2026. The fund aims for an initial size of 10 million Egyptian pounds, with the potential to increase to 250 million Egyptian pounds based on demand. The offering is available through four brokerage firms: Acumen Securities, Mubasher Securities, Thndr, and Thndr. Once the offering period concludes, units can be purchased daily and redeemed on Sundays and Wednesdays without commission.
