AcuPet Health wearable lets owners monitor dogs' vital signs in real time

A biometric wearable harness called AcuPet Health, created by the Acuña sisters in Asturias, pairs with a mobile app to track a dog’s temperature, respiration rate and activity. The system compares readings with personalized baselines and sends alerts when values deviate, allowing owners to decide promptly whether veterinary care is needed.

Owners in Madrid and Galicia reported that the device helped them detect a pancreatitis episode and a dental infection that might otherwise have gone unnoticed. Users say the continuous data provides peace of mind and improves preventive care for pets of all ages.
