Ad van Nieuwpoort and Johan Oldenkamp challenge traditional Bible readings in new Dutch books

A separate Dutch publication by spiritual teacher Johan Oldenkamp, *Over het kraken van de Bijbel‑code*, argues that literal interpretation of both the Old and New Testaments blocks genuine understanding of the Scriptures. Oldenkamp advocates the use of esoteric knowledge and modern scientific approaches to decode the Bible’s deeper meaning, warning that conventional readings propagate distortion.

Both works reflect a broader Dutch discussion about re‑examining biblical interpretation and encouraging a more emancipatory approach to faith.
