ADA Möbelfabrik auctions inventory and equipment following insolvency

Following its insolvency filing in March, the Austrian furniture manufacturer ADA Möbelfabrik is auctioning off its entire inventory and equipment from its headquarters in Anger. The restructuring process follows the recent acceptance of a reorganization plan by creditors.

The auction, managed by Aurena, is expected to include approximately 6,000 items across four separate sessions. The inventory spans high-quality furniture such as box-spring beds, seating, and dining tables, as well as mattresses, slats, and various bedding components.

In addition to consumer goods, the auction includes the company’s complete production facilities in the Weiz district. This includes CNC woodworking machines, industrial sewing machines, and equipment from the carpentry, upholstery, lacquer, and sewing departments. Office equipment, vehicles, and even a professional photo studio are also up for sale. The auction aims to clear the production and warehouse spaces by mid-September.
